In response to the information technology needs for project management among small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers, especially accounting firms, technology companies have conducted a universal design for the main functions of the group control platform and put forward specific requirements. The implementation allows the main body (group) to initially extend its management to its branches (subordinate companies) through the universal functions of the project management system backbone. The specific functions first ensure the project management module (PMP), human resource management module (HR), customer relationship management module (CRM), and official document management system, forming a universal information management platform suitable for the finance and tax departments of SMEs and accounting firms.
